Exp Level: Mini 3+ years JD: We are looking for an E-commerce Executive for the sustainable products Category. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for planning & and leading the E-commerce sales and operations. The location of the job will be Bangalore. We make earth-friendly products for our homes. our lives and our planet. https://eha.eco/ Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for sales operations and day-to-day activities on eCommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Creating strategies, monitoring, analysing & improving business performance on the e-commerce marketplaces Addressing and resolving customer issues, delivery issues, and concerns in a timely manner and ensuring excellent customer service. Listing new products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart including image requirements Create weekly reports to showcase the change/growth of metrics around the above 5 points. Manage promotional ad campaigns at marketplaces and report on the ROI metrics. Maintaining a strong relationship with all the POC of eCommerce portals. Working closely with various internal teams and third-party associates Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field. A Minimum of 2+ years of E-commerce Sales Experience is a MUST or Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the E-commerce Industry. Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills Good to have Knowledge of digital marketing such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels. Proactive and hardworking Good communication skills with a self-starter attitude Willing to work in a start-up environment.
