Job Description

You will be responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly. Your key duties will include developing strong relationships with clients, identifying strategic accounts for growth, and handling high-pressure situations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Identify and prioritize key accounts based on strategic importance - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery - Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback - Coordinate with clients and internal teams for after-sales activities - Participate in bidding and RFQ processes - Proactively manage contract renewals and negotiations - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities - Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities - Provide regular reports on market conditions Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience in key account management (Preferred) - Background in logistics preferred Please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person. The salary range for this role is between 15k to 35k per month. Only female candidates will be considered for this position.
