Key Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new products into the system.
• Regularly audit and update product details to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor RTO orders and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock-out situations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within product operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to streamline the delivery process.
• Conduct regular checks and implement necessary corrections to ensure efficient and error-free deliveries.

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate / MBA
• Minimum 1 year of experience on an e-commerce platform or brand website

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to manage details and multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities and feedback
• Self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude, willing to take ownership and complete tasks proactively
• Strong work ethic and hands-on approach to problem solving
