Role Overview : As the Customer Support Manager , you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction across all digital touchpoints, and streamlining support processes to match our brand promise of fast, friendly, and flawless service. Key Responsibilities: Manage support operations across Website, App & Instagram. Ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction scores and timely ticket resolution (TAT/SLA). Recruit, train & manage a team of support executives. Implement helpdesk/CRM tools and improve automation. Handle escalations, returns, refunds, and social media queries. Collaborate with product, marketing, and warehouse teams for resolution. Generate insights and reports for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in customer support (preferably D2C or e-commerce). Experience with CRM/helpdesk platforms (Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.). Strong communication & team leadership skills. Ability to analyze data, trends & customer behavior. Prior experience handling Instagram or app-based support is a big plus.
