Job Description

We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Online & Offline Channels (Beauty Category)

MACCARON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and strengthen
relationships with key brand partners
.
Plan and execute
promotions
, monitor performance, and review
KPIs
.
Drive
product strategy and performance
for online & offline channels in collaboration with internal teams.
Monitor and manage key metrics including
sales, GMV, and profit margin
.
Develop and implement
operational strategies
to optimize account performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a
Key Account Manager
or in e-commerce account management.
Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Passion for the k-beauty and cosmetics industry.

Qualification and Experience:

Graduate/ Post Graduate / MBA
Experience: Minimum 2 years "In Beauty and Personal Care" Category (FMCG) on Ecommerce platform or brand

Work Location & Timings:

MG Road, Gurugram, Haryana
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
