Job Description: As a member of our team at the experiential retail space featuring global K-Beauty brands in our Gurgaon flagship store powered by the Macaron app, you will have the opportunity to grow with us from day one. Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service and personalized product recommendations, inspecting incoming products, managing inventory efficiently, and overseeing daily store operations. This includes maintaining product displays, ensuring cleanliness, and managing checkout processes effectively. In your role, you will also assist customers with in-store promotions and brand introductions, support part-time staff by providing product knowledge and customer service training, and contribute to product curation and merchandising decisions based on customer feedback and trends. We are looking for individuals who have experience in beauty, retail, or other customer-facing roles, although we are open to considering entry-level candidates as well. A passion for K-beauty and awareness of current beauty trends are highly valued, along with strong communication skills and a bright, positive attitude. Ideally, you should have 0-2 years of experience in retail staff roles and must be located within a commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana, India.
