Retail Staff for the K-Beauty Flagship Store

Join our Experiential Retail Space featuring Global K-Beauty Brands at our Gurgaon flagship store, powered by the Maccaron app, and embark on a journey of growth from day one. Your main responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, offering personalized product recommendations, overseeing inventory management, inspecting incoming products, maintaining product displays, ensuring store cleanliness, and managing checkout processes efficiently. In this role, you will assist customers with in-store promotions, introduce new brands, provide product knowledge training to part-time staff, and actively participate in product curation and merchandising decisions based on customer feedback and industry trends. The ideal candidate should have a passion for K-beauty, a good understanding of current beauty trends, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and 0-2 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles. While experience in beauty or retail is a plus, we are also open to considering entry-level candidates who exhibit the right traits. This position requires the candidate to be located in commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana, India. At our organization, we are dedicated to nurturing the future retail leaders.
