As a Key Account Manager (B2B) in the Beauty Category at MACCARON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in expanding the market presence by effectively managing key accounts to drive growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and strengthen relationships with key brand partners to foster mutual growth. - Plan and execute promotions, monitor performance, and review KPIs to ensure strategic alignment. - Drive product strategy and performance for online & offline channels in collaboration with internal teams for maximum impact. - Monitor and manage key metrics including sales, GMV, and profit margin to optimize account performance. - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance account performance efficiently. - Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis for informed decision-making. - Experience in inventory & supply chain coordination, such as PO tracking, OOS management, and order fulfillment. - Experience with forecasting and demand planning to ensure operational efficiency. **What We're Looking For:** - Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in e-commerce account management, demonstrating a strong track record of success. - Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset to achieve and exceed targets. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to foster positive relationships. - Passion for the k-beauty and cosmetics industry, showcasing dedication and enthusiasm for the domain. **Qualification and Experience:** - Graduate/ Post Graduate / MBA in any discipline. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Beauty and Personal Care Category (FMCG) on an E-commerce platform or with a brand.
