Job Summary:
The Key Account Executive will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for one or multiple key client accounts. The role involves day-to-day coordination, client communication, data analysis, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The candidate must be proactive, client-focused, and strong in Excel, MIS, and reporting.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Management & Coordination:
- Act as the whole-sole SPOC for assigned client accounts.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand requirements, expectations, and feedback.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate internally with operations, recruitment, payroll, and management teams for seamless delivery.
Requirement Handling & Service Delivery:
- Understand client manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly deployments and ensure closure of open requirements.
- Monitor service performance and take corrective measures wherever required.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Reporting, MIS & Analytics:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for clients and management.
- Track key metrics such as deployment status, productivity, attendance, and attrition.
- Use Excel and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Business Growth & Account Development:
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and additional service offerings.
- Forecast upcoming client requirements and plan resources accordingly.
- Maintain strong client engagement to ensure account stability and growth.
Operational Excellence:
- Coordinate with the internal HR and recruitment team for smooth onboarding.
- Ensure compliance documents and reports are submitted on time.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and timely communication.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting).
- Ability to work with dashboards, trackers, and analytics.
- Understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and manpower deployment (preferred).
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong client handling and relationship management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 03+ years in Key Account Management, HR Operations, Client Servicing, or MIS roles.
- Experience in staffing/recruitment/HR service industry preferred (but not mandatory).
