We are hiring for a Startup Female Healthcare Brand based out at Sohna, Haryana.

Mandatory Requirement:

2) Strong Communication English is must

3) Should be ready for WFO.

Job Summary:

This job is for enthusiastic person who likes to interact over phone and willing to learn in a start up .

The person will be responsible for working across the sales funnel from Data sourcing & Management, Sales proposals, After sales conversations and Co-ordination with Client and Operations team.

Role and Tasks:

•Client follow-up for repeat orders and new orders

• Create and share effective messages/testimonials/sales relate information with clients

• Process orders with help of operations team

• Converse professionally over WhatsApp, Linked-In, Instagram, write professional emails to record all discussions with the client

• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualification: Any Graduate degree

Skill:

• Excellent communication (written and verbal)

• Basic Microsoft Office

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
