What You Bring Must have 12+ years of overall IT experience. Must have a B.S/B.Tech/BE in Computer Science/Engineering (preferably MS/ME/M.Tech/MCA) Must have at least 5+ years (preferred 10 or more) of experience managing total team size of 20+ engineers. Must have 5+ years of Engineering Management experience leading at least 8, direct reports who themselves are from Development, QA, Automation, Release, DevOps and Scrum Master.
