Job Description

Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the US from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support offers rollout, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Coordinate and support background verification (BGV) processes in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and hiring best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 23 years of experience in US or international recruitment.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven approach

Additional Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals.
  • Willingness to work overlapping US business hours if required.
  • Exposure to healthcare or international staffing is an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working U.S. or any International recruitment process
