What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in US Recruitment

    (mandatory).
  • Strong foundational knowledge of

    US tax terms

    including

    W2, C2C, 1099, Per Diem

  • Clear understanding of

    hiring models

    : Full-Time/Permanent, Contract-to-Hire, Contract.
  • Good knowledge of US geography

    , major time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST), states, and cities.
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication

    skills.

  • Exposure to recruitment across diverse industries:

    IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, Pharma

  • Interest in handling a variety of roles, typically

    80% Full-Time

    20% Contract

    positions.

What You Will Do

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for US-based job openings.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in niche sectors.
