MONDAY - SATURDAY

10AM - 7PM

SALARY - 15k (TARGET BASED)


Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual will support the recruitment process by assisting with full-cycle recruiting, posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and arranging interviews. Additional responsibilities include collaborating on employer branding initiatives, coordinating with department heads to understand hiring requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation of the hiring process.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Experience in Interviewing candidates and coordinating hiring processes
  • Understanding of Employer Branding and its implementation in recruitment strategies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in remote environments and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
