Junior Supply Chain Specialist


About the Role

Junior Supply Chain Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supply chain planning, purchasing, and logistics coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
  • Support communication with local and international suppliers
  • Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules across Australia
  • Help analyse supply chain performance and identify improvements
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory, orders, and logistics status
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP / supply chain management systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and sales

Requirements

  • Degree in

    Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Proficiency in Excel

    ; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations
  • Must be

    legally eligible to work or intern in Australia

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Knowledge of freight forwarding or inventory control
  • Experience with SAP / Oracle / NetSuite or similar tools
  • Understanding of Australian import/export requirements
  • Data analysis or process optimisation experience
