Junior Supply Chain Specialist About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Supply Chain Specialist to assist in managing logistics, inventory, supplier coordination, and process optimisation across the Australian supply chain network. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop strong operational and analytical skills in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in supply chain planning, purchasing, and logistics coordination Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment Support communication with local and international suppliers Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules across Australia Help analyse supply chain performance and identify improvements Prepare regular reports on inventory, orders, and logistics status Maintain accurate records in ERP / supply chain management systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and sales Requirements Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in Excel ; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations Must be legally eligible to work or intern in Australia Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory) Knowledge of freight forwarding or inventory control Experience with SAP / Oracle / NetSuite or similar tools Understanding of Australian import/export requirements Data analysis or process optimisation experience What You Will Gain Hands-on exposure to supply chain operations in Australia Training and mentorship from experienced professionals Opportunity to work with suppliers and logistics partners Career development in procurement, logistics, or operations Potential pathway to full-time opportunities
