Junior Social Media Executive


  • Client Liaison & Strategy Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored social media strategies.

  • Monthly Content Calendar Creation:

Plan and prepare detailed monthly content calendars (including captions, visuals, and references) aligned with client objectives and platform best practices.

  • Client Approval Management:

Facilitate timely review and approval of content calendars, creatives, and strategies from clients, incorporating feedback efficiently.

  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with creative, copywriting, and design teams to translate strategies into actionable content briefs.

  • Production & Post-Production Coordination:

Liaise with production teams (photo/video shoots) and post-production (editors, designers) to ensure timely creation of high-quality assets.

  • Content Delivery Oversight:

Manage end-to-end delivery of finalized content, ensuring error-free scheduling/publishing across all platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Compliance & Brand Alignment:

Verify all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal standards, and platform policies before client submission or publishing.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance, compile monthly analytics reports, and recommend optimizations based on data insights.

  • Asset & Timeline Management:

Maintain organized repositories of client assets and ensure all deliverables meet strict deadlines.

  • Crisis & Feedback Handling:

Address urgent client requests, feedback, or emerging issues (e.g., negative comments) swiftly, escalating to stakeholders when needed.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Social Media Optimization and Organic Social Media growth
  • Strong communication and people skills 
  • Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Lastly, should be a aggressive follower of brands and digital content.
  • Should spend considerable consuming digital content
