As our first-ever Social Media Executive, you won’t just be handling our feeds, you’ll be setting the tone for them. You’ll help shape how the world sees The Sociable Media and our creator platform Beyond The Stage.

You’ll be the one spotting trends before they hit explore pages, turning ideas into reels, making the mundane meme-worthy, and finding new ways to engage, connect, and grow.

What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership of our

  Instagram

  and

  LinkedIn

  presence - for both The Sociable Media and Beyond the Stage.
• Be the

  first ever Social Media Executive

  at Sociable - which means you’re setting the tone, not following one.
• Grow and manage our

  Instagram and LinkedIn

  presence. Think fresh, think bold, think fun.
• Plan, write, and post content that doesn’t just fill the feed - it gets people talking.
• Jump on trends,

  cover topicals

  , and bring relevance into every piece of content.
• Write captions that sound like us, not robots.
• Use Canva to create designs that people save, share, and screenshot.
• Build our

  digital portfolio

    because yes, the world should know what we’ve done and how cool we are.
• Understand the numbers (analytics), but don’t be defined by them.
• Be okay with being on your feet for

  shoots

  , brainstorms, and maybe some

  video edits

  here and there.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the content real, on-brand, and surprisingly good.

What We're Looking For:

• You’ve probably been that person who always knows the latest trend before it hits.
• You understand tone : quirky, bold, clean, or corporate and know when to use what.
• You're comfortable using Canva, basic video editing tools, and have a good sense of visual structure.
