About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Junior Social Media Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling social media pages and basic content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling content for social media platforms

• Coordinate with the design/content team for posts, reels, and stories

• Manage posting, engagement & replies

• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, likes, growth, etc.)

• Stay updated with latest social media trends and content ideas

• Support marketing campaigns & brand activities

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in social media handling

• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.

• Basic Canva skills preferred

• Strong communication & creative thinking

• Knowledge of captions, hashtags, and content planning

Nice to Have:

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut/InShot)

• Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar tools
