About the Role

Junior Social Media Designer & Ads Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging

  social media posts, reels, and stories

  aligned with brand guidelines.
• Edit short-form videos with transitions, captions, and trending audio.
• Assist in creating monthly content calendars and concept planning.
• Help set up and manage

  Facebook/Instagram Ads

  campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide basic reporting.
• Stay updated with platform trends, design styles, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to execute content and campaign requirements.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in

  Canva

  ; basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Understanding of social media design trends and short-form video editing.
• Basic familiarity with

  Meta Ads Manager

  (training will be provided).
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in social media design or digital marketing.
• Prior hands-on experience with reels or video editing.
• Portfolio of design work (mandatory).
