Thrissur (on-site role at our Growwie branch office)We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Executive to join our creative team at Growwie. If you’re passionate about digital trends, love creating engaging content, and want to build a career in social media marketing — this role is for you!

What you’ll do:

Assist in planning, creating, and posting daily social media content (reels, posts, stories).Work closely with the design and video team to execute campaigns.Manage publishing schedules and engage with followers.Research trending content, hashtags, and new ideas to keep our pages fresh.Support in analyzing post performance and preparing simple reports.

What we’re looking for:

0–1 years of experience in social media or marketing (freshers welcome).Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta tools.Basic design skills in Canva and familiarity with AI or video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, ChatGPT, etc.).Excellent English communication and creative writing skills.A proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.✨ If you’re ready to start your creative journey with a fast-growing marketing team, apply now!
