Business Development Executive with strong digital marketing knowledge,

excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and digital lead generation.This role requires someone who understands digital marketing well enough to confidently communicate our services, create meaningful outreach conversations, and appear in short video content for Growwie’s social channels.---🔥 ResponsibilitiesExecute structured LinkedIn outreach, DM outreach, and cold email campaigns.Use digital marketing knowledge to explain services and identify potential client needs.Plan outreach strategies based on SEO, ads, content marketing, and social media insights.Create short video snippets (talking-head style) for social media to build authority and trust.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging and offers.Research industries, competitors, and client profiles to strengthen outreach.Track outreach performance and provide weekly reports.---⭐ Requirements

Strong understanding of digital marketing

(social media, SEO basics, paid ads basics, funnels, content marketing).Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and digital outreach.Comfortable appearing in short videos for brand communication.Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, CRMs.Ability to work on-site in our Thrissur office.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage follow-ups and communication professionally.Previous experience in marketing or business development is an advantage.
