Experience: 1–3 years (Preferred from Digital Marketing Agency background)
Salary: 25K–35K + Incentives

About Us:

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency helping brands scale with services like Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Branding. We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive (BDE) who understands digital marketing services and can bring in new clients while maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Identify and close opportunities for services like Performance Marketing (Meta/Google Ads), SEO, SMM, Website Development, and Branding.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create sales strategies and growth plans.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction for long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to confidently pitch solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency (must).
• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing, SMM, SEO, and Lead Generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure).
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and LinkedIn outreach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
