About Us

Digital Triber is a growing digital marketing agency based in Dwarka Sector-7, Delhi. We provide services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Website Development, and Social Media Management.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who understands digital marketing and can confidently convert inbound leads (generated from Meta ads) into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Present proposals, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closure.
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversion status.
• Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and project handover.
• Upsell or cross-sell services when suitable.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Paid Ads, Website, Funnels, etc).
• Confidence in talking to business owners and decision-makers.
• Ability to follow a structured sales process.

Experience Required

• Minimum: 6 months experience in Business Development or Digital Marketing Sales.
• Candidates with digital marketing education or practical knowledge will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Incentive: 10% on every project closed
• Growth: Salary hike after 3–6 months based on performance

Earning Potential: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month within 3–6 months if targets are met.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Work from office (Dwarka Sector-7)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
