Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing)

As an IT Sales Bidder at our company, your role will involve generating business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. Your communication skills will play a crucial role in creating compelling proposals to secure projects successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and bid on potential projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and Guru. - Write persuasive and customized proposals tailored to client requirements. - Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through bidding platforms. - Negotiate project terms and pricing with clients to close deals successfully. - Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure a proper understanding of projects before bidding. - Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads into customers. - Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to enhance bidding strategies. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in IT sales and bidding (preferred). - Strong understanding of digital marketing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in online bidding platforms and lead generation tools. - Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple bids simultaneously. - Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
