About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior SEO Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, technical audits, content optimization, and reporting. This role requires a strong willingness to learn, follow best practices, and contribute to organic growth across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page Optimization

Optimize website pages for target keywords, meta tags, headers, and internal linking

Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest

Optimize images, URLs, schema markup, and content structure

Improve page quality, readability, and user experience

Off-Page Optimization

Execute link-building strategies such as guest posting, directory submissions, forums, and outreach

Identify high-authority websites for backlinks

Track and analyze backlink performance and toxicity

Technical SEO

Conduct website audits to identify issues like crawl errors, broken links, slow speed, and indexing problems

Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues

Monitor Core Web Vitals, site structure, and schema implementation

Content Collaboration

Coordinate with writers to produce SEO-friendly content

Suggest keywords, topics, and content improvements

Ensure content is optimized for user intent and search engine guidelines

Analytics & Reporting

Track keyword rankings, impressions, and clicks using Google Search Console

Monitor website performance in Google Analytics (GA4)

Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports

Analyze competitor SEO strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Familiarity with SEO tools:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics GA4
• SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz (any one)
• Screaming Frog / Site Audit tools
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of schema markup (FAQ, Article, Breadcrumbs, etc.)

Basic understanding of content marketing principles

Experience with SEO for industrial or B2B websites (bonus)
