Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Junior Sales Representative

who’s eager to grow into a full-fledged sales professional. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and helping expand Versatile’s global footprint. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident on calls, enjoys building connections, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads for Versatile’s offshore hiring solutions.
  • Schedule discovery calls or demos for senior sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in CRM tools.
  • Support the sales team with research, outreach strategies, and client follow-ups.
  • Continuously learn about Versatile’s offerings and market positioning.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development (internships count).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset — willing to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRMs or sales tools is a plus.
