Junior Sales Representative

As a Business Development and Sales professional, your role will be crucial in promoting the Charter business for our product and developing the business vertical by understanding the needs of both B2B and B2C users. Your responsibilities will include: - Promoting the Charter business, with a focus on 70% B2C and 30% B2B clientele - Creating processes to enhance the internal efficiency of the business operations - Supporting the Operations and Customer Experience teams to identify user needs effectively - Analyzing market trends by collaborating closely with the Planning team To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Development and Sales, with a strong emphasis on the US market - Exceptional communication skills and high energy levels - Passion for sales and ability to persuade clients effectively - Proficiency in engaging clients with prompt query resolution and regular follow-ups through calls & emails - Tech-savvy nature with an understanding of building solutions on no-code platforms - Strong process orientation and documentation skills, including familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets - Willingness to work during US hours to support 24*7 operations, with a 5-day work week schedule - Growth mindset, proactive problem-solving approach, and eagerness to learn - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote team - Knowledge of logistics will be advantageous in this role By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Charter business vertical and make a significant impact on our operations.,
