Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Navigator Lead & Research Generation Expert located in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The role involves using sales navigation tools to identify leads, developing lead generation strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data to identify sales opportunities, & preparing detailed reports. The candidate will be responsible for identifying & generating new leads through LinkedIn, communicating with potential clients & supporting the sales process.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, outreach & scheduling meetings with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research & connect with potential clients.
  • Send personalized connection requests & messages to prospects.
  • Follow up diligently with prospects & address inquiries from potential clients.
  • Maintain daily outreach & follow-up targets.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential leads & schedule meetings for the CEO.
  • Update & manage lead data in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
  • Support the team with market research, business development & database building activities.
  • Stay updated on Qualitas Global’s products, services & industry developments.


Qualifications

  • Atleast 3 to 6 months of previous experience of working on Sales Navigator.


Salary starts between Rs 15,000/- to Rs 18,000/- for the first 2 months & between Rs 18,000/- to Rs 25,000/- after that. Above Rs 25,000/- after 6 months depending on performance.


Only Work From Office, Kalyani Nagar. 2nd Saturdays working.
