Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have a strong understanding of the real estate market, and be capable of delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms

Pitch suitable properties based on client needs, preferences, and budget

Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients

Assist the Senior Sales Manager in closing deals

Maintain and update client records in CRM

Stay informed about market trends, projects, and competitor activity

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during and after the sales process

Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Marketing/Sales/Real Estate)

1–2 years of sales experience (real estate background preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Must be target-driven and self-motivated

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and field-based environment

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
