About Quicklend Quicklend is a new age fintech in the digital lending industry. We are building India’s secured lending stack. What is the role?We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team at Quicklend. The ideal candidate will help promote and sell our innovative loan against mutual funds product. This role requires a proactive individual with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships. Prior experience in BFSI sales is a plus. What are the expectations?Identify potential clients through market research, cold calls, and networking. Promote and sell Quicklend’s loan products to individual and corporate clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Provide product information, answer client inquiries, and assist in the loan application process. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and support for clients. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed. Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide feedback to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in the BFSI sector. Qualifications we look forBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector. Familiarity with financial products such as loans, mutual funds, and insurance. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). First language proficiency in one of Gujarati, Marathi or Kannada to be able to connect with the prospective clients. Previous experience, your learnings and working style. BFSI domain knowledge. Culture fit. Your take on the market. Converting prospects into seals. Understanding of sales channels.
