Junior Recruiter

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic rounds Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate data and update trackers Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities Requirements: Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Learn: Real-time experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Use of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and sourcing tools Understanding of the full recruitment cycle and HR processes Show more Show less
