As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This will involve negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment, as well as securing commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. You will also be in charge of submitting candidates" resumes to hiring managers for further consideration. Timely communication with candidates and keeping them updated on the status of their candidature is crucial. You will engage regularly with candidates through email, voice, and video calls to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,
