You will be responsible for reviewing the job description and understanding the requirements of the clients in order to execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates who meet the specified criteria. Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, internal databases, and social media will be a key aspect of the role. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to assess applicants" relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies to determine their suitability for the position. Coordinating and owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews and following up with candidates, will also be a crucial part of your role. Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment with candidates and securing their commitment for current and future job requirements will be essential. You will be required to submit candidates" resumes to hiring managers for further consideration and communicate with candidates in a timely manner regarding the status of their candidature. Maintaining regular engagement with candidates through email, voice, and video calls to provide updates and gather feedback will be an ongoing requirement. Please note that this is a night shift job from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST in Vadodara, and relocation expenses will not be covered. A good command of the English language is mandatory, and both freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.,
