Junior Recruiter & HR Executive

🎯 Core Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing
  • Work on monthly hiring goals, including % of open job closure rates
  • Support HR operations including payroll queries and general HR activities
  • Maintain recruitment data and internal NAR (Net Available Resource) tracking
  • Collaborate with NAB recruitment team & internal HR support teams
  • Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist with documentation, HR forms, and onboarding workflows
👤 Ideal Candidate
  • Strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Boolean search & sourcing strategies
  • Ability to screen resumes and identify strong talent patterns
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic project management and organizational abilities
