Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Source and screen resumes for sales and marketing positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates and assist throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding activities and assist at campus recruitment events.
• Help maintain a positive candidate experience during the hiring stages.
• Support the HR team in administrative and recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Completed campus internship or fresh graduate with interest in HR/talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and aptitude for candidate screening.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with online recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
