Generate Sales for the laboratory testing services as per assigned sales target & territory. Responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing sales through developing new customers in the assigned territory. Must be willing to travel for meetings or projects. Develop business of automotive component testing services, polymer testing, chemical testing & overall material testing services. Have good understanding of local market, potential customers and available business opportunities. Good contacts with Automotive, Aerospace & similar Industry Tier-I, Tier-II & supply chain. Develop rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long term customer relationships. Communicating customer requirements to the technical team and provide feedback to customer. Understanding the scope and services available within TUV Rheinland Testing Labs. Educate customers on requirements and prepare proposals to meet customer needs. Should be aggressive, updated & proactive on market needs. Daily\Weekly\Periodic status of sales pipeline, order forecast & projects to the respective client and functional manager. Promoting labs facility of Material Testing to the clients. Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. Comply and ensure implementation of the company's and the customers Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
