Executive - Sales

Generate Sales for the laboratory testing services as per assigned sales target & territory.

• Responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing sales through developing new customers in the assigned territory.
• Must be willing to travel for meetings or projects.
• Develop business of automotive component testing services, polymer testing, chemical testing & overall material testing services.
• Have good understanding of local market, potential customers and available business opportunities.
• Good contacts with Automotive, Aerospace & similar Industry Tier-I, Tier-II & supply chain.
• Develop rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long term customer relationships.
• Communicating customer requirements to the technical team and provide feedback to customer.
• Understanding the scope and services available within TUV Rheinland Testing Labs.
• Educate customers on requirements and prepare proposals to meet customer needs.
• Should be aggressive, updated & proactive on market needs.
• Daily\Weekly\Periodic status of sales pipeline, order forecast & projects to the respective client and functional manager.
• Promoting labs facility of Material Testing to the clients.
• Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
• Comply and ensure implementation of the company's and the customers Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
