Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the execution of retail interior fit-out projects across multiple locations.This role involves coordinating between design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.You will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional departments (Design, Procurement, Operations, and Finance) to manage schedules, track progress, and drive on-ground execution excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling of new store projects from design release to store handover.
  • Coordinate with design, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; report deviations and corrective actions.
  • Support preparation and validation of BOQs, GFC drawings, and site readiness reports.
  • Conduct site visits for progress verification, quality inspection, and milestone validation.
  • Manage vendor communication, site instructions, and progress documentation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the PMO and management team.
  • Ensure adherence to brand design guidelines, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Procurement for vendor billing, measurement verification, and cost tracking.
  • Maintain all project documentation, drawings, and approval records in centralized systems (SharePoint / Teams / Power Apps).

Required Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / Power BI / AutoCAD / SharePoint.
  • Understanding of retail fit-out execution, project scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Excellent skills in communication, documentation, and coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and organized work approach.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMO / PMP preferred).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Project Management.
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail, commercial interior, or fit-out projects.
  • Exposure to multi-site project execution and cross-functional coordination preferred.
