Job Description

As a Project Support Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Tracking, collecting, and publishing Service Delivery SLAs - Managing document management and planning activities - Tracking critical project data for team members - Coordinating data collection, consolidation, and providing summary reports for stakeholders - Updating project records and plans with information from various tools - Maintaining document control for the Program - Tracking competency development of the team - Supporting risk analysis and maintaining the Risk Log - Managing the Project change management process - Publishing reports on time after internal reviews and approvals - Organizing meetings and tracking action items to closure Additionally, you should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
