Junior Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Visual Citi, you will be responsible for supervising projects from end-to-end, ensuring smooth operations within your scope of work. Your role will involve understanding project requirements, providing consultation on project planning, preparing estimates, managing project timelines, and coordinating resources for project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Understand project requirements and provide consultation on project planning. - Prepare estimates based on job specifications and client requirements. - Determine the services and time required for each phase of production. - Manage projects from concept development to production, packing, and shipping. - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution. - Ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance. - Manage client relationships, execute design ideas, and oversee installations. - Collaborate with various departments including accounting, print production, and production. - Report issues to management and keep supervisors updated on project status. - Organize business operations, develop structures, and maximize resources. - Design and fabricate window displays, retail displays, and signage. - Source materials, collaborate with visual teams, and maintain project documentation. - Communicate effectively across departments and with clients. - Review subcontractor offers, build vendor relationships, and maintain proactive communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the signage and wayfinding industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Attention to detail, dependability, and time management abilities. - Proficiency in English, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and ethical conduct.
