Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between design and development by owning product documentation, creating and refining UI/UX designs, and collaborating with coding teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into comprehensive product documentation.
• Create and iterate on UI/UX designs using tools like Figma and develop scenario-based designs in FigJam.
• Conduct multiple design iterations to refine user experiences and align with product goals.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and timely implementation of designs.
• Utilize your understanding of coding to bridge communication between design and technical teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management and UI/UX design.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in both Product Management and UI/UX Design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and FigJam.
• Strong ability to create clear, detailed, and actionable product documentation.
• Preferred: Experience working with coding teams and a basic understanding of coding principles.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.
