Junior Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operational functions of our eLearning division. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage projects, ensure project timelines are met, and help maintain the quality of project delivery.

Required - 2-3 years Edtech/ eLearning Industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing eLearning project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate between content teams, video editors, subject matter experts, and tech teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure the implementation of operational processes, SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Maintain documentation related to project progress, resource allocation, and operational reports.
• Handle vendor coordination and procurement for eLearning tools or resources.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve learner issues related to access, content, or platform usability.
• Support QA checks for course materials and digital content.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in eLearning operations, project coordination, or content management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools (like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
• Basic understanding of instructional design or eLearning development processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
