Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Project Lead to manage and lead content creation projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end development of eLearning content, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain content quality and consistency, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of curriculum-based and skill-based digital content projects.
  • Create detailed project timelines, allocate tasks, and monitor progress using project management tools.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Team Coordination:

  • Manage and coordinate a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and animators.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, content reviews, and sprint meetings.
  • Content Oversight:

  • Review and ensure high-quality, learner-centric content that aligns with curriculum standards, learning objectives, and platform requirements.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, format, and pedagogy across content types (PPTs, videos, assessments, workbooks, etc.).
  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure content alignment with platform features and learner needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and risk assessments.
  • Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and monitor QA processes to ensure content accuracy, engagement, and usability.
  • Implement feedback from academic reviewers, users, and analytics.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in EdTech content development or curriculum design
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models, pedagogy, and curriculum frameworks.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, Trello/Asana, and content creation software (Articulate, Canva, Figma, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
