Job Description

Role Overview: As a Junior Operations Manager at our organization based in Nashik, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee the operations, ensuring that the right processes and practices are implemented across all levels. You will play a crucial role in formulating strategies, improving performance, procuring resources, and ensuring compliance. It will be essential for you to mentor team members, enhance the quality of customer service, and drive best practices to maintain compliance, efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner. - Enhance operational management systems and implement best practices. - Manage material procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency. - Ensure legal compliance of organizational processes. - Develop strategic and operational objectives. - Utilize financial data to enhance profitability. - Manage budgets, forecasts, and conduct quality controls. - Recruit, train, and supervise staff. - Improve customer service quality. - Communicate process changes to relevant parties. - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. - Document procedures for third-party monitoring. Qualifications Required: - Completed BE in Mechanical/Industrial/Operations or MBA in Operations Management with good grades. - Experience in the healthcare industry (up to 1 year) is preferred but not mandatory. - Proficient in MS Office applications at an advanced level (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project is advantageous. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong social skills, team player mindset, and ability to work under pressure. - Leadership qualities, assertiveness, and professional appearance. - Willingness to travel as required. - Candidates with a valid LMV driving license will be given preference. - Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, operations management, budgeting, forecasting, business principles, and financial concepts. - Skills required include organizational, negotiating, data processing, financial management, conflict management, and people management skills.,
