Role Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized Junior Operations Associate to join the Founder’s Office. You’ll work directly with the COO to manage end-to-end operations, streamline processes, and tackle day-to-day business challenges. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support:

    Assist the COO in managing daily business operations, ensuring smooth execution across functions such as supply chain, logistics, customer operations, and vendor management.
  • Project Management:

    Track and drive progress on key strategic and operational initiatives; follow up with teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Process Improvement:

    Identify bottlenecks, suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction.
  • Data & Reporting:

    Collect, analyze, and present data for performance tracking, decision-making, and weekly business reviews.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:

    Liaise between departments (Sales, Finance, Product, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment on key priorities.
  • Problem Solving:

    Handle on-ground operational issues, coordinate quick resolutions, and escalate as needed.
  • Founder’s Office Support:

    Support the COO in preparing presentations, reports, and communication for leadership and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a startup environment (internships count).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
  • Bias for action, ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
