Job Description

To support and develop business in the commercial concrete segment by identifying potential customers, maintaining dealer/retail networks, improving customer service, and achieving sales and collection targets.

---

### Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve monthly and annual sales volume targets for Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC).

* Conduct market surveys to identify new opportunities and customer segments.

* Analyze competitor activities and recommend pricing or promotional strategies.

* Build relationships with contractors, builders, and consultants to generate business.

* Ensure timely payment collection and maintain credit discipline.

* Support the team in customer retention and satisfaction.

* Maintain and share market intelligence and sales reports with management.

### Qualifications:

* Essential: Graduate (Any discipline)

* Preferred: Full-time MBA in Marketing (2 years)

---

### Experience:

* 34 years of sales experience in building materials (cement, RMC, steel, paint, tiles, etc.)

* Experience in dealer network or retail channel management is preferred.

### Technical Competencies:

* Market intelligence & competitor analysis

* Sales management (planning, forecasting, and collection)

* Communication and presentation skills

* Product knowledge (especially building materials/construction sector)

* Data interpretation, pricing & taxation understanding

* Customer relationship management

### Behavioural Competencies:

* Client focus and strong communication

* Initiative, drive, and result orientation
