Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, agreements, and deals. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and legal to ensure smooth transaction processes and timely closure of deals. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Identify key areas for expansion, assess market opportunities, and devise effective strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track progress against business objectives. Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to optimize business development efforts. Represent Desirenset Properties at Industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and enhance market presence.
