About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing to plan, execute, and optimise influencer-led campaigns across digital platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands influencer ecosystems end-to-end and can independently manage campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting.The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, a performance mindset, and the ability to work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Translate briefs into actionable influencer strategies focused on awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple platforms.
- Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
- Work with a wide spectrum of creators—from nano and micro influencers to macro and celebrity talent.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
- Content Coordination & Quality Control
- Share clear campaign briefs and creative guidelines with influencers.
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, platform best practices, and campaign goals.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using relevant metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.).
- Analyse data to identify what worked, what didn’t, and optimisation opportunities.
- Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and ROI highlights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams such as Creative, Social Media, and Paid Media to ensure seamless campaign integration.
- Support senior team members and guide junior colleagues on influencer execution best practices when required.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creator formats.
- Suggest new execution ideas, creator formats, and campaign approaches to improve performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or campaign management.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms and influencer tiers.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance tracking and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencer and stakeholder management.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
