Job Description

HR Junior Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee records, compensation, and benefits data in Zoho People and OneDrive.
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth experience.
Support preparation of KRAs & KPIs and coordinate with Finance team.
Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and R&R programs.
Provide administrative support to HR Manager (documentation, follow-ups, coordination).
Handle employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
Manage medical insurance endorsements and updates with insurance providers.
Schedule and coordinate HR meetings (30/60/90-day check-ins, probation reviews, appraisals, skip-level meetings).

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
1-2 years in HR; minimum 1 year mandatory.
Education:
Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Technical Skills:

Strong Excel (data management, formulas, reporting)
Proficiency in MS Office
Basic HR analytics & metrics knowledge
Experience with HR software (Zoho People preferred)

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented
Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a start-up environment.
Strong multitasking and team collaboration skills.
